Dues

Yearly HOA dues are $50.00 which fund the costs of all neighborhood activities, weed control and printing maps for emergency contact.

The HOA of Bell Canyon Acres is a voluntary HOA.  A voluntary HOA is one that residents don't have to join. If someone purchases property in our neighborhood, they have the option to join or to opt-out. If they opt-out they may not know about and benefit from the HOA's programs, such as community events.  Regardless of membership in the HOA all homeowners in Bell Canyon Acres are subject to the Protective Covenants.

Donations

Are greatly appreciated and are placed in the Bell Canyon Acres Legal Fund.  These donations help protect the neighborhood and bridle paths from major violations which threaten our horse properties and bridle trail system.
